About Us

Owner, Sasha McConnell, spent 19 years working on humanitarian and development programs in the U.S. and abroad - work she cares deeply about. Over time, her focus areas often centered on project management, process design, and organization.

When the USAID project she most recently worked on ended, Sasha leaned into another passion: helping people bring order and calm to their homes. Today, she finds genuine joy in helping others create spaces that support the lives they want to live.

Sasha lives with her family on Capitol Hill in Washington D.C., and there is nothing she likes more than an opportunity to sort and dig a space out of chaos.

Process & Approach

Each project begins with a personalized consultation to understand each client’s space, preferences, and household routines. The goal is not to impose a rigid structure but to develop a system that works for the client’s unique needs. Every project is approached with flexibility and without pressure to discard items.
